Why? Our Junior High Youth Group exists to create a place where students can be themselves, have fun, make friends, learn about Jesus, grow in their faith, and have a support system they can always turn to. Everyone needs community and a place where they feel they belong.
Who is it for?: Junior High Youth Group is open to all middle school students from 6th-8th grade.
When is it?: Junior High Youth Group meets from September to May on Wednesday evenings from 6:00-7:30 and is preceded by a free dinner for the whole family at 5:30. See our calendar for more information about youth group meetings and events.
Where is it?: Typical meetings take place in our youth room in the downstairs area of the church.
What is it all about?: We typically have a discussion-based lesson, spend some time bonding and checking in with each other as a group, and play a game or do an activity. We also have meetings throughout the year where we do things like; go to the movies, play mini golf, go bowling, play laser tag, or stay up all night at a lock in!
FAQs
