All change serves the purpose of the church’s mission to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world. Today as we look at Colossians 1:21-29, we will see that we may not agree on the what or how, but we must all agree on the why.
When we agree on the why, we see that the how and the what serves not our agenda, but the mission of the church.

May Mission of the Month: Camp Geneva and Cran-Hill Ranch are both devoted to being ministries through which God transforms lives into the image of Christ through Youth Camps, Family Camping, Retreats and Adventure Experiences.
Save the Date: On Wednesday, June 29, at 6:30 pm., we will host a community event, “Sundaes on Wednesday”. Please look forward to driving through the church parking lots that evening for a free ice cream sundae!
Rummage Sale: A big thank you to all who donated and/or purchased items from our rummage sale last weekend. With your help, the youth group was able to raise $1,300 to put towards their summer mission trips and activities.

The Prayer Team is Ready to Pray for You: If you have a prayer request, please write it down on one of the Connection Cards located in the back of the pews and place it in the Prayer Box at the front of the sanctuary. Local Needs:
Immanuel Community Resource Closet: Partners with Lansing Christian Services to provide personal hygiene items and household cleaning supplies to families in need. This ongoing ministry is currently in need of laundry soap, bleach, and adult & children’s toothbrushes. Please place donations in the baskets underneath the mailboxes outside of the sanctuary. Families in need, please call Christian Services at (517) 394-5411 for a referral.

July 13- Water Fun Night
August 10- Back to School Carnival
September 14- Fall Kickoff to Weekly Program
We begin with a meal that the whole family can participate in at 5:30 pm.
CONNECT Kids
Children Ages 3 yrs.-5th Grade join together after dinner to learn about Jesus in a fun and safe environment. They enjoy singing, Bible, stories, arts and crafts, games, and more.
Life Groups
We have several Life Group options for adults. Our Life Groups get together to grow in their faith, pray together, serve together, and support one another. If you are interested in joining a Life Group, please email Rick H at rick4944@live.com.
